Inconsistent room temperatures need addressing!!! Noise disturbances from street-facing rooms can ruin sleep!!! Navigation around the complex is confusing, making it easy to feel lost!!! Maintenance for amenities is overdue!!!

The Swissotel Buyuk Efes Izmir is a fantastic place to stay! The room was bright and airy with huge windows, making it feel spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderfully designed with a separate shower and bath. The buffet breakfast had an impressive range of options, including delicious bacon and a great selection of pastries. The outdoor areas, especially the pool, offered a beautiful escape after city exploring.

Housekeeping did not replenish the coffee and tea supplies during our stay.

The Swissotel in Izmir has a great central location. My room, the Swiss Classic Room King City View, had a fantastic view and was super comfortable. The amenities in the room were excellent, with a mini-bar and a kettle. I loved the breakfast spread. it offered a variety of delicious options and good quality food. The staff in the dining area were friendly, but the breakfast service got chaotic during peak hours. I found it tricky to get a table sometimes. The pool was a nice escape, but it was often overcrowded, making it hard to find loungers. I had an issue with some dirty water coming from the tap on my first day due to maintenance work. The staff responded well to my concerns, moving me to another room after some insistence. Overall, the staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I felt some improvements in communication could enhance the experience. The cleaning staff seemed a bit rushed, as I encountered inconsistent room cleaning service that could be improved.

Staff was excellent and made us feel welcome. Wi-fi could be improved though.

I had an absolutely dreamy stay in the Suite Sea View, complete with stunning ocean vistas that took my breath away! The spa services were divine—imagine a traditional Hammam treatment followed by a relaxing massage that felt like a hug for my soul. Every morning, I savored a delicious breakfast that offered an incredible variety ranging from local delicacies to international favorites!

The moment we entered our room, we were greeted with a beautiful table set with champagne and roses. The stunning outdoor pool made our stay so much better!

Sadly, breakfast fell short during peak hours due to staff shortages and cleanliness issues. One night, a receptionist seemed inattentive, causing access problems for our extended stay.

I stayed here with family for 6 nights in an Executive Suite with Sea View. The pool area is spacious and has a bar, making it a great spot to relax. The breakfast offers a large variety and is very tasty. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A wonderful experience overall! 😊

stayed in a swissotel for 2 nights and loved the excellent location right in the heart of the city. the room was a Swiss Classic with a king bed and a city view—super comfortable! the staff were friendly and helpful. the bathroom was great too. it’s a short stroll to the promenade, where you'll find some amazing fish restaurants.
